Fancy Quackers offers the following return policy:
If you find a problem with your purchase, call Customer Service at 1-800-998-4030, 8:00am to 6:00pm, Eastern Standard Time for exchange or return information. For any returns you must email us at FancyQuackers@yahoo.com for an authorization number. Returns are accepted if you've gotten the number from us in advance. We do not accept returns on any items with opened packaging. For proper credit, items should be packed so there is no damage during return shipment to us. Please enclose the original packing slip and briefly explain the reason for the return. Please indicate if you would like a replacement, exchange, or store credit.
